No. The SST cards are different and separate from the OSHA cards. OSHA 10/30 cards show that the holder has had training for either 10 or 30 hours on a particular subject (usually safety). The SST cards are additional trainings that are required by NYC.
Supervisors and workers are required to have additional trainings beyond the OSHA 30 card requirements. Supervisors will need either the 32, 22, or 16 hour courses that go beyond the OSHA 30 card.
