The HAZWOPER 24 certification is designed for those people who will occasionally come into contact with hazardous waste but who are not responsible for completing hazardous material clean-up. Under 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(ii) our course will fulfill the requirements for certification to the 24-hour Occasional Site Worker level.
The tests administered in connection with the HAZWOPER 24 certification course are meant to help ensure that students are actively participating in the online course. They are not designed to be difficult but will follow the instructions provided in the course and helps students to reinforce their learning.
The HAZWOPER 24 certification is good for a period of 12 months. After this 12-month period, an 8-hour HAZWOPER recertification course is required to maintain certification.

If you do not pass a module or quiz or final exam, you can re-take it a second time, and if necessary, a third time. If you fail the third attempt of a quiz or exam, you can repeat the module or exam (no charge) and then attempt the quiz/exam again.
Certification: Students who successfully complete this course can print their personalized Certificate of Completion which includes the course title, the student’s name, date this course was completed, name and signature of the trainer, and logo of the course provider.

HAZWOPER 24 Certification
The HAZWOPER 24 certification course that we offer is in compliance with the OSHA standard 29 CFR Part 1910.120. This is the course that you will need if you are in the following situations: if you come into contact with hazardous materials occasionally but not be directly involved in the clean-up; work at contaminated sites with exposure below Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs); carry out remediation where you will need Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for less than 30 days a year; or you supervise anyone who does any of the above but not those that require HAZWOPER 40 certification.
